While working in Blackboard, if you are receiving a web page that states “The service is temporarily unavailable”, please wait 30 seconds and then refresh the page in your browser. If this does not resolve the issue in several tries, please contact ITS (5555@algonquincollege.com or 613 - 727- 4723 ext. 5555). Instructors: for your online tests, please leave the "Force Completion" option unchecked. This will prevent issues arising when students are unable to continue a test due to an Internet connection problem.
